Chikara Quads & Adventures provides safari tours, adventure activities, transfers, accommodation, and related travel services in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

3.2 Payment

Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. We may require a deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment may be required before the start of your activity or tour.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by You

Cancellation policies vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity may be eligible for a full or partial refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity may not be eligible for a refund
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds

4.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Insufficient bookings
• Force majeure events

In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

5. Participant Requirements

5.1 Age and Health Requirements

Some activities have age, health, and fitness requirements. Participants must:

• Meet minimum age requirements
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Follow all safety instructions
• Wear appropriate safety equipment when provided

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We recommend that all participants have adequate travel and medical insurance covering adventure activities.
